I bought a 2026 gmc sierra 1500 and drove it home and it didn't want to turn on. The dealer took towed it back and said it was probably an update. I got the vehicle and it did it again, once again the dealer towed it back and they told me there's nothing wrong with it. I pick it up drove it home and the next day it started acting up. Jim Hamby was our Sales Associate and he made the entire information process a pleasure, not just the reading of a brochure! He knew the car very well which made it easy for us to identify the options the vehicle came with, etc. He was informative and on top of what the car, (our new car to be) was all about! Jim agreed to match another deal and I ended up with an even better one and the Challenger I so badly wanted. That was a few years ago but it was one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. It's what brought me back for my new Buick and I love it! Thanks guys awesome job again!!
Relative to the car buying experience, it was fairly painless. Everyone was very friendly. A more extensive customer lounge would be helpful. The Costco connection helped.
Once again, working with Jim was great! He kept us informed all along about the status of our car! He is funny, too! Good experience!
Only bad thing is the drive to Madera. Otherwise we were treated with respect and well informed answers by Erik and Jim. I would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone I talk to.
The Gill sales experience was fun to try to make a better deal. Joe and Jim was very helpful. When we arrived at the Gill car/truck dealership we was greeted at the street curb by a nice lady that was very helpful finding our sale people. I thought we would be buying at another GMC dealership when we arrived, not so as it turned out. . P.S., I never give all 5 stars, if I did then there wouldn't be room for improvement. Over the years I'm sure I have at least 25 or more vehicles of every type and price range. Although, in the past I had some great experiences none exceeded Gill Auto Group of Madera. Best car buying experience I've ever been a part of. No pressuring, settled on the price I wanted to pay quick and easy, and I was just an all around awesome experience. I will be returning there to get all my maintenance done, even though it's 40 miles away, and I'll be making my next purchase from here. Awesome, awesome place to purchase a vehicle!

As a central valley resident I have visited many car dealerships and I must say that by far the Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership of Madera, CA supersedes them ALL!!! I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.
We bought Cadillac XTS -not in your pull down menu for brand purchased. Jim was great - made a good deal, listened to us & was never pushy. We will recommend him to our family & friends!
